豚丼が食べたいとやってきたのは神保町。
学生の街だからなのかB級グルメの宝庫。
今日は、豚丼の専門店【豚や】にきた。
豚のグレードで値段が変わる模様。
今回は1番高い岩中豚で！
インスタ提示で肉増し無料になりました。
■食べたもの
▶岩中豚 ¥1350
▶︎定食セット ¥300
10分程で到着。
綺麗に盛られた豚丼。
炭火でしっかり調理されております。
やはり岩中豚だけあって豚肉はおいしい〜！
ただね、焼きが強すぎるのか苦味が強い。
それか味醂、砂糖の入れすぎなのか。
良い肉なのにもったいない。
ご飯もおいしいのに。
そこを改善すれば良いお店なんじゃないかな。
