お店の入りは2/3くらい
東京では少し珍しい帯広豚丼のお店。
普通の帯広豚丼は750円
神威豚丼1100円と赤豚肩ロース丼1200円もあります。またご飯やサラダセットもありました。
神威豚1100円を券売機で購入。
見ていると、常時火の手が上がってる網で1人分づつ丁寧に作られています。そのため提供には少々お時間がかかります。
着丼しての第一印象は、丼ちゃちゃ。。。でした。
この辺に多い学生さんたちには味はともかくもの足りないのでは？ 量的には大盛りやセットにしたほうが良さそうです。
特選豚を使ってるという豚肉は柔らかくて美味しいです。どこぞのチェーン店の豚丼と一緒にするなよ？って感じ。
所々焼け焦げているのも良いアクセントになっていて、たっぷりかかってる甘さ控えめな純朴なタレとも相まって、北海道の広い牧場を感じさせてくれる味に仕上がってます。
なんかジンギスカンが食べたくなってきました（笑）
てっぺんにはグリーンピースが彩りを添え、多分お米も良いものを使っているのでしょうか。たまにはまたリピしたくなるような、そんな豚丼でした。
でも、もう食べ終わってしまった。
お肉の量は決して少なくないので、これでもう少しボリューム感が感じられるものになると受けそうな気がします。
