「豚や 西神田店」を訪問。
豚丼専門店です。
平日の18時半ごろ到着のところ待ち人無し。
すんなり入店できました。
特上豚丼 神威豚 1,100円を注文。
目の前の網で炙って待つ事10分で
香りの良い豚丼が提供されました。
神威豚は柔らかくてとてもジューシー、
脂身は甘くて肉は旨味たっぷりで美味しいです。
甘辛いタレでご飯が進みます。
タレもクドくなくて良いですね！
山椒と一味で味変しながら
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
豚丼に1,100円？高いなと思う方も居るでしょうが、
神威豚はオススメです！
