いまひとつよくわからない看板が
なんとなく気になる中華居酒屋さん。 作戦なのか？(^^ゞ
外のメニューを見てみると、陳麻飯と担々麺があります。
陳麻家×日本橋焼餃子だったところが、2015年12月に業態変更したお店なんですね。
陳麻家、大好きだったんですよねぇ～
とはいえ、当店のオススメは、餃子とビールなのです。
「日本一を目指す究極の神泡ビール」と書いてあります。
プレモルが580円～と、中華居酒屋にしては強気なお値段です。
神泡BARと同じお値段です。
選べる餃子セット(1,100円)をいただきました。
神泡プレモル＋焼餃子5個＋おつまみのセットです。
おつまみは、メンマとザーサイでした。
神泡プレモルは、日本一を目指しているだけあって、さすがに旨い。
メンマには刻みネギ、ザーサイには白ゴマがかかってます。
焼餃子は、薄皮で小ぶりなヤツが５個。
独特の香りがあるので好みが分かれそうですが、美味しい餃子でした。
■陳麻家について
五反田の東京酒樓系列で、2002年にオープンした陳麻家 東五反田店が一号店。
その後、五反田さくら通り店、西五反田店、目黒店などがオープンしました。
それらとは別に、（株）ベンチャーリンクが業務提携によりフランチャイズ店をあちこちに展開してました。
残念ながら業績不振で、ＭＢＯによりフードバンクジャパン（株）にとって代わられました。
そのフードバンクジャパンが、日本橋餃子を展開していたユウジンコーポレーション株式会社と
業務提携して誕生したのが、陳麻家×日本橋焼餃子です。
結局は、陳麻家×日本橋焼餃子もうまくいかなかったようで、
2016年に、株式会社アスラポートが「陳麻家」及び「陳麻飯」の商標権を取得し現在に至ってます。
当店は、アスラポートが商標権を取得する前の混沌とした時期に、
日本橋焼餃子×陳麻家 分倍河原店とともに、株式会社 ROOTS ENTERTAINMENTが
FC店として運営していたお店なのです。
同社代表の田村宗朗さんのFacebookによれば、
2011年11月に、日本橋室町にワインと蒸料理 仁をオープンしています。
同店は、2013年7月に、ワインビストロ ROOTS-根-になったあと
西新橋のビストロ ROOTSへ移転後、閉店。
また、台湾ビストロ高雄なども運営していたようです。
