神保町から白山通りを水道橋方向に少し歩いたところにありました。入店してカウンター席に。ビールと餃子にこだわりあるお店のようで，特にビールはサントリープレミアムモルツの神泡にこだわっているようです。黒ビールもありまして，小グラスもあります。注文は黒小グラスと搾菜，焼餃子と海老餃子，後に生小グラスを追加して会計は2,210円でした。最初に出てきた搾菜の量にびっくりです。これは一人前の量ではないですが，ビールをいただきながら餃子が焼けるのを待ちます。餃子が焼けるのに合わせて生小を追加しました。焼餃子は皮薄めの小ぶりなタイプですが，味はしっかり目でなかなか美味しくジューシーな餃子でした。海老餃子は海老を叩いたか擦ったタイプでプリっとした海老の食感に期待するとアレって感じになりますが，しっかり海老味はしますので醤油ではなくそのままいただくのが美味しいです。他に生姜餃子などいくつかありましたのでまたいただいてみようと思います。ブログ記事から投稿しました。
