ハイクオリティなタッカンマリと韓国料理
こちら東京は神保町、白山通り沿いの日大経済三号館のところの信号を渡ったところ。我々、まずは海鮮チヂミと辛口チヂミのチーズのせ。海鮮チヂミ、具もゴージャスですし焼き加減が絶妙で脂っこさもなし。辛口チヂミチーズのせはチーズダッカルビ風というかピザ風に感じてこちらも激ウマ。チャプチェ、牛肉の素晴らしい出汁が効いてます。いままで食べたチャプチェで一番美味いかも。そしてタッカンマリ登場！タッカンマリ=韓国水炊きはシンプルですが深い味わい、ツユをごくごく飲めてしまう美味さ！店名にもなっていて、まさに真打ち登場という感じでした。今日いただいた全て美味しかったです、また伺います！
