健康に良い外食って何か？しかも、当然美味しくて、自宅では手間がかかってなかなかできないものは何？しばらく考えて、「参鶏湯(サムゲタン)」と思い浮かんだ。22年間インドネシアに住んだが、近所に韓国レストランがたくさんあったので、よくサムゲタンは食べていた。が、東京ではそれほど見ないのでちょっと忘れていた。探してみると、やっぱりそれほどお店がない感じがする。サムゲタンの名店みたいなレストランはかなり高価であるし、自分の生活圏ではほとんどなさそう。しいて言えば、この「東大門タッカンマリ神保町店」はちょっとよく行く街なので試してみることに。
17時開店を待ってさっそく入店。地下一階にある店内にまだ他のお客さんはおらず、店員さんはUber Eatsのテイクアウトをせっせと準備していた。さっそく「サムゲタン ハーフ(1,380円)」を注文。しばらく待ったらグツグツと煮たって湯気と共に登場。ご飯は鶏の中に入っている。鍋には鶏となつめ、葱。他には取り皿、骨を捨てる小皿、塩が出された。「あ、キムチがちょこっとついてくとかないのか」とわかり、別に白菜キムチ(380円)を追加。お店としては鶏肉料理が特長でフライドチキンが名物らしくサムゲタンがメインではないようだが、とろっとしたスープは滋味があって普通に美味しかった。サムゲタンはかなり体に良い料理だと思っているので満足。ハーフでなく一羽というメニューはなかったが、量的には十分。値段も高くも安くもないと感じた。またふらっと来ようと思います。
