神保町駅からすぐ。
鶏料理の居酒屋。
食べログのお店ページは店舗会員っぽい感じなので甘く見ていたのだが、
実際に訪れてみると、鶏料理は旨いし、日本酒の品揃えは変態的で、
とても個性的ないいお店だった。
まず、鶏肉。
丹波地鶏の旨さ全開。しっとり柔らかで、旨みたっぷり。
焼いても硬くなりすぎず、でも表面に綺麗に焦げが入るので、旨みに奥行きがある。
茹でても味が抜けず、その後の味付けとも馴染む。
揚げてもホックリしてジューシー。
どう調理しても旨い。やっぱ丹波地鶏って旨いよなぁ。
そして、日本酒。
品揃えが変態的。日本酒よりもむしろビールの方をPRしているけれど、
いやむしろ日本酒のこの品揃えの方をPRすべきだと思うくらいの充実度。
１合よりも少ないグラスサイズでの注文も可能なので、鶏料理が美味しいこともあって、
個人的にありえないくらい沢山飲んでしまったではないか。
２人利用で、料理13品、飲み物12杯。
会計は17,226円。食べ過ぎ飲み過ぎ。
会計時、店員さんに「沢山召し上がられましたね」と微笑まれた。
店内雰囲気もよく、デートにも、宴会にも、一人飲みにも使える。
食べログ評価は3.38。あまり高くないけれど、いいお店です。
意外な穴場。おススメです。
