コロナで会社から部署全体の宴会禁止令が出ていましたが、ようやく解禁となり数年分の忘年会と歓送迎会を合わせてこちらに集まりました。同僚たちと集まるのは本当に久しぶりで、なんか新鮮‼︎
幹事が予約したのは【冬の最強ハッピープラン】厳選日本酒約30種類 ２時間飲み放題付き 贅沢料理９品コース！！5500円 です。サイトに掲載されていた内容は以下となっていました。

まずは飲み放題のドリンクから各々好きなものをオーダー、私はプレミアムモルツです。すぐに前菜3種盛りが出ます。帆立のマリネ、白身魚のエスカベッシュ、鴨の燻製で、なかなか手のかかった三品でした。シーザーサラダは日本式でグリーンサラダにシーザードレッシングがかかったもので、これは彩りを考えれば真っ当な路線だと思います。野菜はシャキシャキ感があり、ボリュームもあるのでその後の箸休め的な食べ方もできました。カルパッチョはたタイ、ブリ、鰹というラインナップ、季節感のある魚は好印象でした。
三元豚のチーズ焼きは食べ応えのある一品、肉の焼き具合もしっとりと仕上がっていて、パーティー料理として自宅でもトライしてみようかしら?カキフライは大粒の中は熱々で汁が迸るもので、上々のフライでした。タルタルと醤油ベースの2種類のソースというのも工夫していますね。
〆は白子の炊き込みご飯ではなく、この日は牡蠣の炊き込みご飯でした。カキフライと被っちゃった感はありますが、牡蠣はふんわり仕上がっていて三つ葉の香りも良く、これはこれで大変良い食事だと思います。味噌汁が欲しくなったのは私だけかなσ(^_^;)
デザートは懐かしいアイスバー、チョコ、コーヒー、バニラなど、棒付きアイスは童心に戻る最強のアイテムですね。
日本酒バルなので飲み放題では少なくとも30種類の日本酒があり、グラスで供されるので、洋風料理と合わせるとワインのように楽しめると思います。料理もドリンクも楽しめるオシャレな日本酒バルとしておすすめです。
