————MENU————- ◦ Tokyo course 16,000 yen ◦ Pairing 6,000 yen ✱Notes✎✱ ・Completely private rooms available ・A wide variety of wines ・Date/special occasion/entertainment ✱Impressions✱ Teppan-yaki in Jimbocho Go to the shop. This shop is located in the basement of a building, so it's a little hard to find, but it feels like a hidden hideout and is very nice! When you step inside, you'll find a nice and calm adult atmosphere ♡ This time, we're going to pair the [Tokyo course] with the food. [Stuffed Seiko Crab Shell] Luxurious stuffed shell made with inner and outer roe stuffed and dressed with crab miso. The rich crab miso and taste are very delicious! [Roasted Zabuton] Tender Japanese black beef Zabuton seasoned with yuzu pepper sauce. It goes very well with the scent of yuzu and pepper. [Foie gras chawanmushi] Chawanmushi steamed on an iron plate. I mixed it with ponzu sauce. The rich foie gras and refreshing ponzu sauce go perfectly together. [Scallops and abalone] The scallops are rare and tender. The abalone was also very tender and fresh. Great with abalone liver sauce! [Ise lobster] The lobster that was alive until recently was plump and served with a rich American sauce. [Prosciutto] The homemade miso dressing was delicious! [Saga beef fillet and sirloin] Compare the tastes of fillet and sirloin. Even though it's fatty, it's high-quality fat so I'm surprised it doesn't make your stomach feel heavy! [Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot)] Kamameshi (rice cooked in a pot) is a mixture of Koshihikari rice from Tanba, ginger-flavored dashi soup, hairy crab meat from Matsuba, and domestic and foreign eggs. So luxurious! At the end, the leftovers were made into Onigiri and given as souvenirs. [Dessert] Lastly, tea and Ice cream. The rich brown sugar syrup Ice cream is perfect for the last dessert! Some of the staff are very knowledgeable about wine and sake, and it was great that they listened to various explanations and served the right alcohol to go with the food! Not only was it delicious, but the hospitality was outstanding and I had a very comfortable time ♡ Thank you for the meal!
