今回は、神保町に久々やってきました♪
神保町はカレー、ラーメン、焼き鳥と
所狭しとお店がたくさんあって歩く
こちら側が楽しくいられる街✨。
今日は鉄板焼き屋さんをご紹介します♪
神保町にある「隠れ家鉄板おぶ」さんに
お邪魔します。
場所は神保町駅を歩いて徒歩5分前後。
鳥アロマさんを横目に通り過ぎて
地下のエリアに突入。誰かに言われなければ
わからない場所にあります。
こちらの店。ご兄弟で営業されてるそうで
2人で全席を切り盛り。

安いお値段✨。料理も力が入ってます☆

奥深さと芳醇が口に広がる。

スッキリとしながらもサッパリと✨。
★蟹
蟹の身を詰めて出したもの。
ぎっしりと詰められた蟹は掻き出すだけ
でたくさんの蟹の身がいっぱい✨。
この量の蟹はびっくりします❗️
★佐賀 南牛
口溶けがとても柔らかでまるで
マグロの中トロを食べてるかのような
味わい。そこに愛山を口に含めば
(´；Д；`)。。。日本サイコー。。。
★フォアグラ 茶碗蒸し
鉄板の上で蒸し上げた茶碗蒸し。
上にはソテーしたフォアグラ。
うーむ(●´ω｀●)。スペイン料理の
アヒージョを食べてるかのような味。
★アワビ 帆立
日本料理出身ということもあって
アワビを一度蒸して鉄板焼きでサッと焼き
帆立、アワビ肝ソースで合わせて食べる。
うーーん(*´ω`*)。。。至福❣️
★メイン
サーロインとヒレ。
うーん(*ﾟ∀ﾟ*)。。どちらも上質な脂と
旨味の塊。お酒を控えめにしたけど
これならワインとも相性バッチリ❗️
★オマール海老
ややレアで注文。口いっぱいに甘味と
海老の香気を感じる料理。美味いねぇ。。
磯臭さがない分、甘味とアメリケーヌ
ソースとの兼ね合いもバッチリ❗️

生ハムのサラダ

蟹、ネギの炊き込みご飯。
こーれーは、、、¥16000の値段では
不可能な提供でしょうーー。。。
