飯田橋でラーメン納めをして水道橋九段下と歩いて帰ろうと思ったら
九段下付近で大勝軒を発見！？
これは、気になっていた店舗のラーメン屋だ！
どうしようこのまま2軒目に行くか行かないか、、、
よし醤油ラーメンを食べたしつけ麺のあっさりタイプだから2軒目行こう！
初訪問なのでシンプルにつけ麺を注文！
10分ほどで着丼！
麺は水でしめられてて良くスープにつけ食べたら
昔からある少し酸味が効いてるつけ麺だ！
あっさりしてて優しい一杯だなと
個人的には少し苦手な味
初めてつけ麺を食べた時に好みの味にはならないと思い子供の頃は食べることが減った記憶にある
大人になってから食べたら嫌いではないが得意な味ではないかなと、、、
昔からつけ麺を食べてる人はこれがシンプルな味だと思うはず！
いまは、いろんなベースの味があるので時代は少しずつなんでも変わるなと思える一杯でした。
これで2023年のラーメン納めになります。
