●「棒棒鶏冷麺」¥880
これでいきましょう。涼しげです。ライス付きですがライスを断ったら100円引いてくれました。良心的！
この山盛りを見たらライス無しで大丈夫と思いますよ、多くの普通人は。棒棒鶏もたっぷり。麺もすごい盛り。棒棒鶏は細切りではなくチャーシューのような肉塊。塊、まではいかないか。棒棒鶏と麺の間に敷いてある野菜がグッドです。冷やし中華の雰囲気も持っていますね。
ソース？タレ？はじめは何とも感じなかったのですが、後半になるにつれて辛みを感じるようになります。いいですよこの感じ。辣の辛さもピリッと効いていますが、奥の方から感じる麻の痺れ。わずかですが山椒の仕事は大きいです。いいタレですね。
夏にピッタリの料理でした。チャーハンには少し心残りはありますが、たまにはこんな料理もいいもんです。まずまず美味しかったし。なにしろ並ばずに涼しめるのがいい。
