As you can see from the fact that Hakata is added to the name, this Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurant originated in Hakata. Due to the location, there were many Giants fans inside the store. On this day, the Giants had a dramatic walk-off victory over Yakult, and the fans were buzzing with excitement. As you can see from the store's name, Kawakushi is one of the most famous dishes. Apparently it takes six days to make the cute skewers, which are wrapped around chicken skin. It is common for one person to order 5 or 10 pieces of this. When you bite into this skewer, the fat sizzles in your mouth, mixing with the taste of the sauce and the unique texture of the chicken skin, making this a very delicious skewer. Perfect as an accompaniment to alcohol. The grilled shigi was very delicious with the wasabi soy sauce sauce.
