ねっとりとした甘い馬肉
よく前を通り過ぎ、気になっていたお店。
特に馬トロ丼と純レバ丼。
最近は、アナゴと馬肉にはまってる。
迷ったけど、馬トロ丼をオーダー。
甘くてねっとりとして、おいしい。
タレもピリ辛、甘いの、ワサビと色々試せて楽しい。でももうちっと馬トロがあるといいな。
次は、純レバ丼をためしてみたい。

いつも目の前を通り過ぎる伸坊さん。
だいぶ前に馬トロ丼を食べて以来だから、何年振りだろう。
通るたびに気になっていた純レバ丼。
今日も昼を食べる気はなかったけど、色々あってイライラしていたので、ついイン。
レバーは、たっぷりはいってる。
ニンニク味がきいた醤油ベースのタレだったけど、甘すぎる。
花山椒をガリガリガリガリ。
いい感じになったけど…。
レバーの中があまりにも柔らかすぎて、生かと思って、本当に食べていいのか、怖かった。
