思ったよりも多めの牛たん。
厚さは控えめですがボリュームがあるのが嬉しいです。

パクリといけます。

豚のオッパイの部分。
思ったよりもしっかりとした弾力。
初めて食べましたが、面白いですね。
〇のど軟骨 480円
コリコリした軟骨とお肉が混ざり合う部位。
好きな部位です。
〇石焼牛レバー 580円
懐かしいビジュアル。
以前はよく食べました。
石焼で軽く炙ってからいただきます。
〇和牛ユッケ 1,100円
赤身が素敵にひかるユッケ。
真ん中に卵黄。
つまみに最適です。
