気になってたのだけど
ついに訪問ですのん
臭みがない朝採れ牛レバーを
自家製ソースで炒めたというこちら！
何と言っても朝採れ！
って、
朝採れ野菜かよみたいなコピーですが、
何だか美味そうよね♡
さて、
ランチ時だから中々混んでたけど
すぐに座れました〜
数量限定だから速攻で注文！

少し濃いめのタレに
ふわっとやわらかなレバー♡
確かに新鮮！
な、気がする（笑）
臭みもないし
これは美味しい！
ただ少し残念だったのは
ライスが超柔らかだった事
もう少しで、
お餅になるんじゃないかってくらい
そういえばこの辺のランチご飯って、
まあまあ柔らかライス率高いけど
限られた時間に早食いする方々が
胃もたれしないよう
考慮してるのかもしれません( ｰ`ωｰ´)ｷﾘｯ
純レバーが良かったので
他のメニュウもコンプしたいですね〜
