ロックフィッシュ間口氏オススメの中華
銀座ロックフィッシュ間口氏の著書で知ったお店。
高島平のマッチョ百楽に氏の新刊
「バーの主人がひっそり味わってきた 酒呑み放浪記」
があり、「日本一のチューハイとして出てるんかな？」
と買うたら出とらんやんけ（笑）
でもこちらのお店に関する記述があったんよね。
釣られて某日初訪問。
本でよだれ鶏、漬け白菜と豚肉の煮込みが
推されとったので迷ったがよだれ鶏の定食を半炒飯で。
おおっ！確かにしっとり瑞々しい鶏。辛味は普通を選んだが
それでも結構ピリ辛。麦酒が欲しい。半炒飯は熱々パラパラ。
これもええな。スープがちと課長さん強めで残念もお昼の
1食としては満足満足。ワシは欲張って半炒飯にしたが
定食の白米でも十分じゃと思う。
これはもうひとつのオススメも味わってみたい。
大陸系街中華としては店内かなり綺麗で広く居心地も良い。
これは再訪確実じゃな。

初回のよだれ鶏が良かったので後日再訪。
ランチの品書きからセレクト。
上海焼きそばは老抽、麺、具材ええバランス。
かなりボリュームあるが飽きずに楽しめる。
鶏肉胡椒炒めは胡椒のピリッと刺激が良い
アクセント。具材を引き立て旨い。
どちらも中華の火入れバッチリでええな。
ただセットの化調濃いぬるめのスープ、
杏仁豆腐、和え物（表記まま）がいらんなあ
レベルで続いたのでちょっと修正。勿体無い。
単体としてはどちらも美味しいので、
おざなりっぽいセットの無い、夜単品つまみで
楽しむ方が正解かも。
