ランチメニューがリーズナブルな創作四川料理店。
神保町交差点から歩いて3分ぐらい、「神保町三井ビルディング」の裏。
店頭にテイクアウト販売対応のお姉さんが待機してました。
『錦秀菜館』
ボックスタイプのテーブル席が多数、結構広めでした。
モダンな雰囲気、ホールとキッチン間で中国語でコミュニケーションを。
13時30分入店。
空いていて、お1人客が多かったです。
お茶はセルフで。
コールボタンあり、長～い循環箸あり。
■五目あんかけ焼きそば 780円 ※ランチ定食
わかめと玉子のスープ。
とろみ強、ちょー控えめな味。
キムチ味の漬物、紅芯大根かなぁ？
何気に美味しくて、そのままでもいいし、焼きそばに絡めてもいい。
野菜たっぷりの五目あんかけ焼きそば。
見た目と違い控えめな味付け、あんかけ量少なめ。
にんじん、竹の子、小松菜、ヤングコーン、木耳、ふくろ茸、
やわらかいイカ、プリプリのムキエビは2個、白菜がちょっと苦くて。
うずら玉子は最後のお楽しみに取って置いて。
やや太めのちぢれ麺。
焼きめパリパリ、モチモチで美味しい。
デザートの良く冷えたミニサイズのマンゴープリンも美味しかった。
四川料理系なので、少し変化させてくるかなぁ～？
っと思っていたけど、ごくごく普通の「五目あんかけ焼きそば」でした。
やっぱ、旨辛の四川系が気になる。
それにしても定食物が安い！！
