東京ドームシティ内、黄色いビルエリア「フード＆コミュニティ Hi! EVERYVALLEY」にある『山本のハンバーグ』の支店。
ハンバーグ専門店、基本テイクアウトのお店。
イートインコーナーのテラス席もありますが、真夏と真冬は厳しい環境です。
「黒カレーハンバーグ」は手ごねハンバーグにポテサラと少しの野菜＆パスタサラダ付き。
ご飯は若干柔らかい。。
ハンバーグは肉汁たっぷり、肉の旨みもあり、美味です。
で、カレーであることを忘れさせるソースはデミグラス風で美味しい。
本日はテイクアウトのお客さんの注文とUber Eatsの注文が多く、提供まで30分以上かかり正直ビミョーに感じました。
と、このパッケージで税込980円は高いかな。
