牛筋感は少し少なめだが、
ハンバーグは美味しい。
スプーン入れると肉汁がわずかに出る。
これ、肉汁出過ぎると良くないらしいですね。
旨味が流れ出てるの一緒らしい。
まあ、焼きたては熱々なので脂の溶解度の差もありますが。
ビーフシチューはほんのり酸味があり、
ハンバーグの重さを中和してくれようとするが、
それでもやはり完食すると満腹感がありました。
