Sudden rain. I can't go to Jimbocho. I decided to go somewhere else, so I opened the door of "Cheese Meets Meat" in front of me. I remember that they used to serve Awajishima curry, but now they mainly serve meat. I knew I would come to this restaurant someday, so today. The menu is meat. Chicken or beef? Roast or Steak? It depends on how I feel. I ordered Steak, which is the best lunch at this restaurant. Because I managed to get my pay. The owner is the only one doing the work. There is a salad and cheese bar on the center table. There is also a drink bar. I took a lot of cream cheese. It's pretty good. ● "Wagyu beef thigh Steak" ¥1,500 It's a simple plate. I heard the microwave in the back, so I wonder if the vegetables are frozen. What is the sauce, maybe a red wine type? It's neither very sour nor sweet, and it's a soft jam-like sauce. The meat is from the "thigh", a ticklish part of the body. It's more like Steak or roast beef, cooked a little rare. It's a little rare, so it's soft, but it stays on your tongue and you can't swallow it. It's within the realm of common sense. That's what makes it feel like roast beef. There's some sinew. It's not meat that melts away, but rather meat that you can savor the rich meaty flavor for a long time on your tongue. This is where the sauce comes into play. I see, this is actually where the cheese comes in. I ate all the cheese first. The rice is on the hard side. It might be a keema curry version. Thank you for the meal. Customers peek into the store through the large glass, see a dull old man gobbling down meat by himself, and then pass by. Sorry, I might be interfering with the store's business lol. Cheese and meat with wine for dinner, I guess. See you again sometime.
