フラッと立ち入ったワインバル。
焼き鳥とおでんがメインな食事メニューとのこと。
時間は日曜日の午後7時過ぎで、雰囲気は穏やか。
オーダーは、フルボディとお任せの焼き鳥。
先付けで、インカの目覚めのポテサラと味噌漬けピクルスを。
ポテサラは芋を２種類の砕き方で、味付けも芋の甘みを残す繊細な味付け。抜群に美味い。
そしてピクルスは酸味がキツくないので、野菜毎の味わいも感じられる逸品。玉ねぎ、人参、セロリと食感も個性的なメンツ。
焼き鳥の仕上がりは特に素晴らしい。
焼き場も店内に影響がないように仕切られ、専門の職人が調理。
今回は盛り合わせでオーダーしたので、
モモ、ぼんじり、ハツ、バラ、ササミとあり、その中でもササミが感動的な出来栄え。
レア具合が秀逸でもし来店した際は、アラカルトでもオーダー必須の逸品です。
基本塩が振ってありますが、
岩塩、トリュフ塩、竹炭塩、柚子胡椒の4種が添えて提供されます。
ワインとはベストマッチでしたが、ハイボールとも合いそうですね。
どの料理もひとつひとつ丁寧に仕事されていて、これは初めてのデートにもってこいのいい店ですね笑
女性スタッフの接客と裏作業に改善の余地はあるものの、総じてお薦めの良店です。
