焼き方等も丁寧に説明してくれました。
ジンギスカンの焼き台がセットされるとテンションがあがりますよね。
まず最初にお通しとセットが人数分。
それが終わると後はひたすらお肉を注文。
ラム、上ラム、味付き、ラムチョップ、ラムレバー、ラムハツ
ラムってしょっちゅう食べるものではないから美味しいこと美味しいこと。
臭みのない上質のラムがどんどん胃袋に収まります。
自家製のタレはたっぷりでいいお味。
