久しぶりの外食です・・・・
緊急事態宣言も解け、新鮮で美味しいラム肉を食べようとお店選び・・・・
飯田橋から程近く神保町なら学生もまだ居ないし空いているだろうと
神保町付近に美味しそうなジンギスカンを発見！
さっそく電話で予約しました。
お店はすずらん通りを歩き寂しげなキッチン南海を通り抜け
一本入った静かな通りにあります。
外観は新しいだけあって綺麗な暖簾と清潔感のある店内
まずはお店に入りドリンクを注文！
生ビールと相方はレモンサワー
そして何か月ぶりか・・・久しぶりの生ビールに感動！美味い！
こちらのお店のシステムですが
まず最初に基本セットを人数分注文
一人前￥1000です。
基本セットには ラム肉 脂 野菜のセットです。
基本のジンギカンと野菜を乗せてしばらく待ちます・・・・・
まずは一口 臭みも無く柔らかくて美味い！
こちらのお店は火力が強く タレは濃いめです。
カリッと焼きあげて 少したれを付けて食べるのが◎
続いて、味付きジンギスカン、上ラムラムチョップ 上ラム ラムタンを注文。
味付きジンギスカン・・・漬け込んであるジンギスカンは珍しい。噛めば噛むほど味がでます
上ラムラムチョップ・・・こちらは程よく脂が乗っていて美味しい
ラムタン・・・・・・・・こちらはさっぱりタンパク コリコリしてて美味しい
上ラムタン・・・・・・・さすが上ラムです。柔らかさと旨味が抜群でした。
上記の肉ですがかなり美味しかったです。
特にラムチョップはオススメ！
また、サイドにお新香を注文しましたが
これがまた美味い！
お口直しにさっぱりとラッキョも美味しい。
基本セットと３つくらい注文すると結構お腹がいっぱいになりました。
締めにつけ麺やアイスがあるようで結構人気があるようです。
お腹に余裕があれば食べてみたかった・・・・
次回は必ず注文します。
久々に外食当たりでした。
