神保町の裏路地にひっそりとオープンした時から通っている焼鳥店。
今では平日の17時でも予約していないと入れない程の人気店に。
【水炊き+ラーメン+飲み物3杯】４１５８円
いつもは焼鳥ですが、冬になると限定の水炊きが食べたくなりました。
上品な昆布出汁で煮られた鶏、豆腐、野菜がほくほくに煮込まれ、
やや酸味の高いポン酢に良く合いました。
1人でも丁度良い量です。
また、ラーメンは、濃いめの醤油の鶏白湯スープに太めの麺が浸かり、
しっかりとスープを吸い込んでいて旨味が詰まっていました。
鶏チャーシューもしっとりジューシーでラーメンの具材としても酒のアテとしても楽しめそうな逸品でした。
また焼鳥も含めた色々な料理を頂きに行きたいです。
