面白いお店を見つけました
大手の飲食店なので支店も多数あるようですが、初めて入ったお店です
主軸は中華料理店の様ですが、お酒も充実しており、さらに焼き鳥やステーキなど居酒屋さんメニューもしかりと揃えてあります
飲みに来ている方が多いようなのですが、今日は食事のみです
刀削麺は出せないらしいので、鉄板の担々麺を注文しました
赤いスープにひき肉にお野菜とスタンダードな外観です
まず面からですが、中太のストレート麵でした
食感とこのスープへの相性が良く、これは美味しかった
スープはやや辛めで、胡麻粒が結構入っていますが、ゴマのコクはやや少なく物足りない
ただ、馴染みがあるようなない様なスパイスの香りがします
胡椒の様なぴりっとした香りと辛そうでそれほど辛くない豆板醤のスープ？？
トッピングのひき肉は炒めたてではなかったようですが、あえてでしょうか
途中スープに慣れたからなのか、麺が好みだったのもあって最後まで美味しく頂きました
焼小籠包は、おそらく自家製と思われるデフォルトです
焼き方は軽く、も少しカリっと焼いて欲しい
端を噛むと中から汁がだー－と漏れ出るので、レンゲに載せて頂きましょう
皮の食感と餡のジューシーなコラボは美味です
桃饅
久々に頼んでみました
小ぶりな桃が３つ、熱々で甘すぎない餡子が美味
総じて、お値段が相当に低く抑えてあります
結構頼みましたが、食事だけで2000円以下で納まりました
忘年会など大勢で騒ぐには良いお店だと思います
