お伊勢さんにお店を構える松阪牛専門の焼肉店『伊勢十』が、東京・神保町に洋食店をオープンさせたとのことでお邪魔させていただくことにいたします
11:30オープンとのことでその時間に合わせて伺ってみますと、なんと一回転目で入店することができないほどの行列ができているでないですか…
とは言え折角ここまでやってきたのでありますから、次の回まで待たせていただくことにいたします
待つこと40分ほど
案内された店内には2人掛けを中心としたテーブルが15~16卓が並べられまして…
行列ができているお昼どきだということもあってテーブルが全て離されているのですが、その間隔は200mmほどとかなり窮屈な感じを受けてしまします
夜にはビストロのような一品料理が提供されるようですが、お昼にはハンバーグやメンチカツ、オムライスなど洋食屋さんの定番6種類が用意されていまして…
その一番上に書かれる「松阪牛 焼土鍋ハンバーグ」をいただきます
半熟の目玉焼きが添えられたハンバーグは、そのビジュアルのレトロ感からふっくらジューシーなものを想像していたのですが、ナイフを持つ指にお肉を切るかのような弾力が伝わってきますし、30mmほどの厚みがある断面は赤みを帯びていて…
これがレアなのかと言うとそうではなく、低温調理されたかのような火の通り方でありまして、ギュッとお肉を噛みしめる歯ざわりとしっとりとした舌ざわりのふたつを楽しむことができるのであります
そして「松阪牛 メンチカツ」
こちらも中心に赤みを残しているのですが、火はきちんと入っていて…
ハンバーグよりもしっかりと塩味が付いていることから肉の旨みが引きたっていますね
添えられるお野菜もみずみずしさを感じることができますし、ポテトサラダも自家製であるようで、メインから脇役までしっかりとしたお料理をいただくことができますね
ご飯とともにおかわり自由とされている生卵をいただき卵かけご飯
ご飯もおいしくお替わりしたいところではありますが、さすがにハンバーグとメンチカツをいただいているので遠慮させていただきました
