柔らかい牛もつがゴロゴロ、麺は平打ち麺(ビーフンかな？)。
閉店間際に入って、メニューも見ずに牛モツ和え麺をオーダー、一度は食べておいて良かった。
何種類かの柔らかくて匂いもほとんど感じない牛もつが入っていました。ネギがアクセントになって美味い‼️
