１．訪店目的
・年末に伺った「ボウジャイ料理（煲仔料理）」のお店を深掘りすべく、
至近の場所にある2号店に伺わせて頂きました。
２．お店の情報
・食べログのジャンル：中華料理、飲茶、点心

・本格的な広東料理（香港料理）が頂けるお店
・「ボウジャイ料理」が、名物の一つ♡♡♡
・こちらは、「ロースト専門店」の2号店

・現地ではとても人気のある、香港の伝統的な料理
・煲仔を直訳すると「小さな土鍋」を意味し、肉、海鮮、野菜などを
「小さな土鍋」に入れ、火をかけてゆっくり調理する事で、
特有の食感と風味が生み出される！

・平日の11:35頃の訪店で、先客＆後客共に無し
・木の温もりが感じられて、本店よりも落ち着いた雰囲気
・奥の厨房エリアはガラス張りで、ローストダック等が
吊り下げられており、本場の様な雰囲気有り！

こちらは「ロースト専門店」ですので、上記商品を発注です。
オーダーから5分とかからずに、注文品が登場でありまする～♪
自家製ソースを使用し濃いめに仕上げてある「ローストダック」は、
表面のパリパリ感もあって、香りのあるジャスミンライスと共に
美味しく完食させて頂きました（●＾o＾●）
