小川町の香港料理のお店に行きました
落ち着いた店内ですが、日本人以外の方も多いようで異国後が飛び交っていました
ランチタイムは主にプレートメニューが主になっています
叉焼とごはんなどのワンプレートランチですが、目当ては海老ワンタンです
香港麺の海老ワンタンを選択しました
スープから頂きます
魚介から取ったと思われる独特のスープですが、海老の風味は強くない
このスープをたっぷり絡ませて、香港麺を頂きます
輪ゴム麵と言っている人もいますが、細くコシがある香港麺、、海老のプリプリの食感が調和すると独特の料理になる
何度食べても不思議な麺です
海老ワンタンですが、海老の風味はあまり感じられない
日本人向けにアレンジしたのか、ここは残念です
