チョゴリ@神保町一丁目 昨年末誕生のお店
以前は居酒屋さんだった処に
昨年十一月にできたお店
この界隈では珍しい朝鮮菜
すごく辛かったらどうしようと
ドキドキしながら入店
14時近いと云うのに
店内半数の入り
早くも人気店の様相
豊富なランチメニューから
ユッケジャン定食をいただきました
五種類の副菜、生野菜
ステンの器に入った白飯と共に
濛々と湯気を上げながら登場
思ったよりも赤くないユッケジャン
牛の出汁特有の香りが立ち上り
食欲を刺激します
あ、思ったよりも辛くない
これは日本人仕様なのかな
具沢山でコクのあるお汁はウマウマ
副菜は辛いのと辛くないのが混在
バラエティに富んだ構成
白飯が足りなくなるんじゃ・・・
それも杞憂に終わり
いい塩梅のお腹加減
ふぅ、美味しかったぁ〜！
普段食べないものって
新鮮でいいですね！
次回は、もうちょっと辛くしてもらおうかな(汗)
