（2023年1月初訪問）
平日ランチです。
前後に余裕があったのでこの日は神保町。
一件目はランチ営業辞めてしまったみたい。
2件目お店自体が休業してました（運営に報告済み）
2件に振られると途方に暮れます。
何気に駿河台交差点方向の路地を見ると、
かつて見たことのないお店の看板発見。
ラーメンの文字を発見したので入店。
訪問時間13:00、先客6名ほど、後客も同程度。
PayPayのバーコードがあったので、
券売機でラーメン700円と味玉100円ポチリ。
お金入れろの案内・・・・
PayPayは口頭での申告のお店みたい。
面倒なので現金決済。
表の看板にはタンメンの文字があったのですが、
自分以外の方すべてタンメンのオーダー。
山盛りの野菜が載せられたタンメンがお隣に配膳されてました。
ちょっとアウェー感(笑)
カウンターでよかったんだけど、
親切に6人のテーブルに座れと・・
5分ほどでラーメンが提供。
白い丼に、乳化した家系のような感じのスープ。
結構大きめチャーシュー1枚。
細切りのメンマそこそこ多数、そして刻んだネギ。
向こう側に海苔一枚というビジュアル。
スープは見た目通り豚骨醤油スープ。
ほんのり甘さがあり脂多めなんだけど、
コクがあっておまけにさっぱり感があって結構後曳きます。
麺は中細のすこし縮れた麺。
加水率高めで、ほんのり麦の香りはするものの、
弾力がちょっとありすぎる感じ。
箸でつまみにくいです(笑)
ちょっとスープに負けちゃってるかもね。
この味わいで700円だとすると、今どきはちょっと安く感じてしまいますね。
全体の印象としては、ラーメン居酒屋さんのラーメンにしては悪くないです。
味玉はかなりハードボイルドに近い仕上がりでした。
この玉子だったらなくてもよかったかな、残念。
