Back in those days when I was in college, wanting to be popular, Spanish and Italian Cuisine bars were all the rage. Cheap sparkling wine with spumoni and Tempranillo with Ajillo and carpaccio. Honestly, I didn't care about the quality of the food, I just wanted to be cool by pretending to know katakana that I didn't know. That doesn't happen when you grow up, and even more so as someone who occasionally receives money from people to cook for them, they spend their days deciding on a theme and eating and drinking in order to make their cooking more persuasive. I think it's cool, but it's just that I've reached the age where I need resolution to look cool in order to be popular. For that reason, I have stayed away from Spanish and Italian Cuisine bars, but recently, when I dig into Local Cuisine of Italy and Spain, I find that there are many attractive dishes and drinks, and even Standing bar Italian Cuisine bars, which are an improved version of the old bars, are very good. It seems like the number of shops is increasing. So, I decided to learn from the past and visit this restaurant, which probably belongs to the casual Italian Cuisine style of the past. The conclusion is still good. My level of understanding has improved, but it's wonderful to be able to enjoy delicious drinks and food at such a reasonable price, and the Italian vegetables delivered directly from the Miura Peninsula are delicious. The zeppolini was also good. Fried sticky pasta dough. The rock seaweed whets the appetite and the salty taste is irresistible. I ended up drinking too much wine, and Hana's Friday passed in a blink of an eye. (Syaaa...) There is also a nice place called Bar Rebright, which is about a 1-2 minute walk from here, so I thought this combination would be very easy to get to and use in various situations. . Suidobashi is also quite fun.
