ハイボリュームランチでした
（2022年5月再訪）
平日ランチです。
GW明けたら体重が1Kg増えてました・・・
本格的に体脂肪を燃やす運動を開始と決めたこの日。
ランチは替え玉なしの博多ラーメンと決めてたのですが、
財布を家に忘れてきてしまいました^^;
仕方がなく、確実にPayPayが使える近場のこちらを再訪です。
訪問時間11:30、先客無し、後客無し。
奥の窓際の二人テーブルに着席。
お願いしたのは油淋鶏定食780円。
5分ほどで提供です。
大きな皿に鶏もも2枚分はありそうなカットされた油淋鶏。
上にはマヨネーズが載せられています。
これがちょっと安っぽく見えてしまう・・・
そしてボリューム感にちょっと腰が引けます。
油淋鶏ソースは酸味控えめ、辛さ控えめで、
ちょっと甘めのソースです。
鶏肉はしっとりした感じで柔らかいです。
先日の海老もそうでしたが、
具材的には悪くはないと思います！
それだけにビジュアルがちょっと残念です^^;
鶏肉ももハイボリュームでしたが、
白米の量が半端ではない。
持ち上げてみるとズシリとした重さを感じます。
確実の300gOVER。
前回のコメントにも似たようなことを書いておきながら、
まったく学習していない・・・
前回訪問時は無理して食べたんですが、
今回減量を誓った日だっただけに、
暴食するわけにもいかず、
お店には申し訳ないのですが、完食を断念・・・
みそ汁は、出汁は効いているのですが、
相変わらず味噌は薄めです。
白米、おかずともに1/4残してランチ終了。
お支払いは無事PayPayで決済完了。
海老は臭み無く弾力あり！

こちらお店登録したものの直後からコロナのため休業がつづく。
いつの間にか掲載保留に・・・
最近は電気がついていることが多いので、
忙しいこの日近場のこちらを訪問してみました。
階段で頭ぶつけないように注意して昇りましょう(笑)
訪問時間11:45先客なし、後客1名様。
スタッフの方は全員大陸の方々4名ほど。
動きを見ていると出前も対応してるみたい（いったいどこへ）
ランチメニューから海老チリソース定食780円をお願いいます。
3分で料理が提供です。
オペレーションは安定しきってるみたい(笑)
海老チリはは水菜が敷かれたお皿の上にエビが結構多め。
ソースはかなりオレンジが濃い。
白米がびっくり中サイズの丼にご飯ぎっしり。
あとは玉子スープと、お新香の構成。
エビチリいただきます。
ソースは程よい酸味があります、辛さは控えめ。
エビちゃんは割と大きくて、お思った以上に弾力があります。
臭みもなく、なかなか味わい深い。
もう少しソースにこだわりがあったら、もっと良くなるんだけどね。
白米は半分残そうと思っていましたが、
エビちゃんが想定以上においしかったので完食。
お店を出た後、1.5kmほどウォーキング(笑)
お支払いはPayPayで！
とりあえず、こちらは近いので、
刀削麺、チャーハン、油淋鶏はいずれ試してみます。

(Revisited in October 2023) Weekday lunch. I didn't have much time that day, so when I had some free time, I went to a nearby place for lunch. Visit time around 11:40. There were no customers before me, and there were more customers after me than I expected. There seems to be only one person in the kitchen, so it might take a while if it's crowded. I ordered Gomoku fried rice for 650 yen, and it was delicious! Served in about 5 minutes. Composition of fried rice, soup, and pickles. After the order is placed, including the fried rice set, we scoop out the white rice from the jar and put it into the wok. I don't make anything in advance. This means that you can get freshly made fried rice. Ingredients are chashu, green onions, eggs, green peas, and carrots. The seasoning is not very strong. The saltiness is just right, but it's a little punchy. Add pepper halfway through. In terms of volume, it's probably around 250g. The char siu was quite plentiful and had a good texture, but there was a bit of pork taste. The soup has changed quite a bit. Egg soup thickened with potato starch. It's surprisingly good. However, it is very hot so you need to be careful not to get burned. Eat quickly and pay. Payment is via PayPay.
