筋肉食堂 水道橋店跡地にオープンしたこちら。オープン当初から気になって
いて、ようやく訪問です。
訪問時間は13時半、先客は3組6名。店の方と知り合いらしき子連れのご夫婦も
いらっしゃいます。
カウンター席に案内され、メニューを渡されます。
メニューを眺めていると、ハラミセットが今日は終わったと告げられます。
ハラミもいいなと思っていたんですけどね。
ミックスセットって何か聞くと、鶏と豚のセットだと。レバーとハツはマストで
ついてくるので、これでいいかって感じでミックスセット（950円）をオーダー。
店の奥には壁掛けテレビ、NHKのEテレの番組が流れています。TVをぼーっと
見ながら待つこと6分弱で提供です。
サラダ、鶏と豚の乗った皿、レバーとハツの乗った皿、ご飯にスープです。
メニューにはキムチって書いてありましたが出ませんでした。私も後から気が
ついたんですけど、忘れられていたのかな。まぁいいでしょう。
肉はどれも結構な量があります。さっそくレバーとハツから焼き始めます。
鮮度は申し分なく、レア気味でも十分美味しく食べられます。
鶏と豚はちょっとしっかり目に焼いていただきます。
ご飯はちょっと硬め、炊いてから時間経ってるだろうから、これは仕方なし。
4種の肉を交互に焼いては食べ、焼いては食べ。完食する頃にはお腹いっぱい
になります。見た目同様、ボリュームは十分でした。
厨房の男性店員、ホールの女性店員、どちらも異国の方ですが、明るく応対も
丁寧です。
ジョッキのお冷を飲んでクールダウン。お会計に向かいます。
支払いは現金オンリーでした。
