久しぶりに美味しい焼肉に出会いました。
普段はカルビを好んで食べるのですが、ここでは赤身のロース系を主に注文しました。
950円のロースなので、それほど期待せずにノーマルに味わえるかなと。
しかし、肉が柔らかく、旨みがあり、他のお店で言うと1500円ぐらいの価値がある味に感じました。
調べたところ、私が普段行くような松坂牛他の黒毛和牛と違って、ここはあか毛和牛だそうです。
あか毛和牛の特徴は、脂肪交雑が適度で、うま味を豊富に含む赤身が多いこと。健康志向の方にも良い気がしました。
私がいつも気にすることで、料理のサーブはいまいちな気がしました。もっとお客さんのことを気にして料理を提供できれば、どのお客さんが来ても4点台は付けてくれると思います。
私は、今後の改善への期待を込めて3.9としました。
