I ate oyster mushrooms with wasabi and salt and it was so delicious! The skirt steak was so tender that you could have eaten it all the time.I think Cow tongue would have been a little hard if it had been sliced normally instead of thickly.The rice was chewy and burnt, probably because it was cooked in a clay pot.The inside of the restaurant was also very clean and it was great for a date!
