新井屋さんプロデュースということで気になっていたお店に初訪問！
おまかせコースを頂きました。
まず、一番びっくりなのはお店がオシャレ！！！
カウンター席でしたが、モノクロの壁とBARカウンターのような明るさのライト。スタイリッシュな雰囲気で、この地点でデートにも使えるなと確信◎
しかも、ホテルの支配人のようなスタッフさんがお出迎えしてくれ、おぉ！！となりました。笑
コースの内容としては、全体的にバランス良い！！
肉厚で柔らかい上タン塩から始まり、
フワフワ柔らかくわさびのアクセントが美味しいワサビーフ。
個人的にはこのワサビーフめちゃくちゃ好きなお肉でした！
上カルビ、上ロースはキレイな霜降り。ご飯欲しくなるやつ笑
最後にホルモンという流れでとっても満足◎
今回は、アラカルトでタン煮込と焼ユッケも注文しましたが、お酒のアテにピッタリでした♪
肉質、お店の雰囲気ともにとても満足度高いお店でした！
