2023年7月27日、移転オープン‼︎
2023年1月末で閉店した銀座プランタン内にあったパンTOKYO百名店・ビゴの店。
閉店してしまった時はとても悲しかったですが、後楽園ラクーア内に移転すると聞いてからずっとこの日を楽しみにしていました。
1965年にドンクさんにフランスから呼ばれた初代ビゴさんが来日。その後フランスパンブームの火付け役となり
全国のドンクを巡った後、芦屋店を譲り受けビゴの店として独立。現在は息子さんの二代目が会社を引き継ぎ、フランス伝統の味を守り続けています。
オープン日の13時ごろ伺った際は、ほとんど種類が揃っておらず…スタッフさんもあたふたとした雰囲気。レジは行列、イートインスペースはほぼ埋まっていました。
⚫︎スペシャリテ 432円
ミネラル分を多く含む小麦粉を使用、もっちりとして、噛み応えがあります。(小麦・ライ麦)
→クラストパリッ！クラムはむちぃ〜〜弾力もあって、味わい深い生地！ライ麦の酸味は強くなく、とにかく香ばしくて奥行きをしっかり感じるので、噛んで行くだけで幸せ。
好き‼︎このまま食べるのが美味しいです。
ビゴの店。流石のクオリティに脱帽です。機会があればルヴァンも試してみたい‼︎
次行く時は種類がしっかり揃っていたらいいな…。
