サムギョプサル屋なんだからサムギョプサル食べろやーと、自分に突っ込みたいけど、一度食べてみたいと思ったら、それは食べないとあかん！
と、言うことでサムギョプサル屋さんです。
東京ドームのコンサート帰りに8時過ぎに予約して行きました。
どんどん人が入ってきていたので、東京ドームで何かイベントがある日は予約するのがベストだなと思いました。
ただ、店員さんが少ないのでめちゃくちゃ忙しそうで、何度もお待ちくださいと言われました。
せかしてごめんよ。
さて、サムギョプサル家という名前だけあって、みんな頼んでますね。
がしかし、ついついつい、チャドルバギという薄いお肉が気になってしまって食べました。
つけるタレがカラシやお酢で独特な酸味のタレでした。
私はさっぱりして良いと思いましたが、人によっては苦手な方もいるかもです。
お通しに韓国の卵料理「ケランチム」が届きました。
暖かいケランチムが優しく胃に沁みましたw
チャドルバギはある程度お肉をお店の方で焼いてくるスタイルでした。
しかし薄いので届いたらすぐ野菜の上に置き直さないと焦げちゃうので気をつけてくださいw
次はサムギョプサルかな・・と思いながら。他のお料理も全部美味しかったです。
