特製醤油蕎麦(大盛り)
神保町駅と九段下駅のちょうど間ぐらいの細い路地に位置するラーメン屋さん。小ぢんまりとした素敵なお店が出てくる渋い通りに、まさにその通りの印象そのままの渋い店構えと店内の雰囲気でもうたまらん。
特製醤油蕎麦は、一口スープを飲んだ瞬間に伸びやかで柔らかい旨味がすっと入ってくるような美味しさ。そしてその裏でしっかりとしたシジミ出汁の独特の旨味がぐっとやってくる。醤油スープでもしっかりと分かるほどのシジミ出汁の強さやから、塩スープとかやったらどうなるんやろとすら感じるほど。そこに合わせる麺は角張った食感が印象的なストレート細麺で、しっかりと強い歯触り感と小麦のねっとり感の両方を感じる独特の麺。
トッピングたちもすごく丁寧さが感じられて充実した内容。メンマはほんとにタケノコに近いシャキシャキ食感でめちゃくちゃ美味しかった。しっとりと美味しいチャーシューとか溶け出す味玉とか全体的に穏やかな幸福感の詰まった一杯。
派手さはないものの、店主のバックグラウンドも相まってなんだか応援したくなるような美味しさの一杯でした。
