4月平日、やや曇り、
11時半ごろに訪問。
先客は無く、すぐに座れました。
後続客は1人でしたので、割と空いてます。
券売機にて、左上の、
中華そば塩 950円（税込）を注文。
3分ほどで提供されました。
麺は、加水率低めのストレート細麺。
やややわらかめの仕上がりかな。
汁は、塩味はそこまで強くないが、甘くもならずにきれいにまとめている。丸みのある旨さ。
で、動物系もしっかり存在感を示しているが、それだけではない旨味を感じる。蘊蓄を読むに、鯛だの牡蠣だの椎茸だのが入っているとのことで、なるほどねぇと納得する。
ただ、汁が非常に熱かったので、スープの複層的な旨味を堪能できた感じはしない。最後にちょっと蟹を感じられた程度かな。
まぁ、素材当てクイズをやってもしょうがないのだけど、もうちょいぬるい方が味を楽しめた気はするね。
トッピングは、
めんま、刻み玉ねぎ、ねぎ、チャーシュー。
チャーシューは強い味はついておらず、燻製状にして旨味だけ増幅したような感じ。ウェットな質感で、なんか美味いロースハムのような。
めんまが見た目ほど印象に残らなかったな。
ちなみに、
スープにこだわりの店ではにんにく入れないことにしてるけど、ちょっと試したらめちゃくちゃ美味かったな。
これだけスープが強いと負けないね。
総じて、美味しかったです。
