辛いナスのパスタとサラダのセットを頼んでみました。まずサラダについてですが、野菜が新鮮でシャキシャキしており、ドレッシングも複数から選べるというのが素晴らしいポイントでした。中でも柚子胡椒のドレッシングは、爽やかながらもピリッとした辛さがあり、サラダを一層引き立てていました。一方、激辛に挑戦したパスタですが、予想よりは辛さが控えめで、辛いものが苦手な人でも楽しめるレベルだったかもしれません。ナスはとても柔らかく、ソースと絡めて食べるとその美味しさが際立ちました。全体的にバランスの取れた食事で、特にドレッシングのバリエーションの豊富さとナスのパスタの絶妙な味わいが印象的でした。
