店前看板が美味しそうで気になっていた煮込み伝次さんにランチで初訪問。
開店直後にイン、U字カウンターの店内はランチというよりおニューな大衆居酒屋の雰囲気。
牛すじ肉めしとビーフカレーの合い盛りとなる牛すじカレー（\1,000）をオーダー。お得だな。
出てきたカレー、見た目は普通だがご飯の上に牛すじ煮込みが乗っており卵黄が落とされている。
まずは卵黄をプチっと割って牛すじ煮込みと馴染ませる。お弁当だと煮豆腐が入っているようだが
イートインだと卵黄になるってことのようだ。美味そう。
最初はカレーから。こちらにも牛すじと思われる牛肉がまばらに混ざっている。
カレーの味は・・・普通、スパイスが鮮烈な訳でもなく特徴的なことは無い甘めのカレー。
結構ルーの量があるのでご飯とのバランスは取れている。中のお肉は超柔らかで美味い。
次に牛すじ煮込み。これが超美味い、ヤバい。
コラーゲン部分はトロっと溶けて、肉質部分はホロホロ崩れる。味付けも濃い味で卵黄とマッチ。
これは・・・次回から牛すじ肉めし並（\850）＋トッピング肉盛り（\200）＋とろ卵（\100）の
コンボで決まりである。このお店は絶対にこの牛すじ肉で攻めるべき。
夜のメニューに目をやると、チューハイ\380におつまみ全品\280、まさにセンベロ大衆居酒屋。
吞兵衛的にも大変に魅力的なラインナップ、今度ぼっち呑みの際には利用したいと思います。
