本郷三丁目の駅前ビル2階にある少しレトロな感じの洋食やさん。ステーキ肉を粗いミンチにしてバー状にしたステバーが人気みたいですね。チェダーチーズとトマトソースのかかったやつを150グラムで戴きました。混んでたので提供時間はそこそこかかりましたが、待ってる間にセットのオニオンスープで繋ぎ。あと写真取り忘れましたがオニオンリングも比較的すぐ出てきました。いずれもフツーに美味しい。
しばらくして出てきたメインのステバー。鉄板熱々でジュージュー音立ってると食欲をそそります。トマトソースが入った器が熱くて肉の上にかけようとしましたがなかなか持てないくらい。お肉はハンバーグほどねっとりしてなくて、ナイフをいれると少しホロホロっとほどける感じ。チェダーチーズの水分と粘度で和えるとちょうどいい。下に敷かれたもやしが溶けたチーズと合って美味しい。150グラムは少し小さかったかな、ペロリと平らげました。ライスはおかわり無料。テーブルに置かれた海苔のふりかけがおいしくてご飯もおかわりしちゃいました。
