登山後の恒例、ご褒美ディナー。
ここ数回はとんかつでしたが、何か違うものを…と思い、
こちらの看板メニューの「ステバー」（ステーキハンバーグの略）にしました。
外階段（というか非常階段のよう）を上がり、2階へ。
満席かと思いきや、ちょうどカウンター席が一つだけ空いており、スポッとはまるように着席しました。

ソースが選べるので、消化に良さそうな和風おろしに（笑）
スープはコーンとオニオンから選べ、コーンにしました。
濃厚でクリーミーなスープ。
これは美味い。
遅れてメインが登場。
付け合わせはポテト・とうもろこし・もやしです。
ステバーはつなぎに卵のみと書いてあり、果たしてどうなんだろう？と興味と不安でドキドキしていました。
汁気のない和風おろしを全体にまんべんなく載せ、カットしひと口。
ん？ハンバーグとは違うな…
粗挽き肉を使ったハンバーグとも違う。
もちろんステーキでもない。
なんていうか、ボソボソした感じ。
時々スジのようなものが混ざってるし、食感がパサつくなぁ…
変に中途半端なシロモノになってしまっているような、そんな残念な気持ちになりました。
ソースに水分がもっとあれば違ったかも。
残念ながら、自分の嗜好には合いませんでした。
他のメニューは好みの可能性がありますけどね。
