このお店発祥で、50年ほど前から提供されているというステバー
（店員さんが気さくに答えてくださいました）
寒い冬の夜に伺いました
少し肉汁がはねるとのことで、ナフキンをつけて待ちます
提供いただくと少しの間、想定より少し長い間、湯気がもくもくと上がってきます
ナイフで切ると、細切りの牛肉がほぐれて、ハンバーグでもステーキでもない、まさにステバーという感じ！
公式サイトによると、「細切り肉につなぎの玉子を入れて秘伝のたれを混ぜ込むだけ」とのことで、本当にシンプル
ステーキを気軽に食べることができなかった1970年ごろ考案されたものとのことですが、今時味わうことのできる分厚いステーキや、肉汁たっぷりのハンバーグとはまた違った美味しさです
お肉をストレートに楽しむシンプルさが気持ちよく、歴史と温かみを感じるメニューでした
