以前から気になっていた職場近くの”鮨すず木”さんに初訪問。
評判が良いのでしょう、他のお客さんで席は結構埋まっていました。
他の口コミや地元の方からの情報から怖そうなイメージを想像してましたが全然そんな感じはしなく、印象は良かったです。
2,500円のランチをお願いしました。

カレイが程よく寝かせてて食感というよりもねっとり感を感じて良かったです。
シャリは酢がしっかりと効いてて、米の水分も少なめな感じです。
