本郷三丁目の駅を夕方に利用するなら入ってみたかった。だって加賀屋の本店なのだから！
夕方早い時間ですが店内は中々の混み具合。カウンターに着席しふと前を見ると各店舗名が入った暖簾？が掛かってます。
偶然にも目の前は本郷本店。なんとなくですがラッキーみたいなささやかな喜び。
この後本番を控えていて、その前の練習のためサクサク頼みましょう。

ビールを続けざまに2、3杯飲み干します。スーパードライだからか流すという感じでしょうか。
イカの天ぷらのようなお通し（330円）がビールに合います。
串は普段ならば数種類頼むところですが2本縛りがここのルール。前は3本縛りだったっけ？
そうなるといつもならかしらを頼むところですが加賀屋だものこれ、スタミナ。
スタミナはニンニクたっぷり効いていてビールにはたまらん！
グニュにいう歯に沈む食感と、パンチが効いた味は加賀屋では欠かせないメニューです。
煮こみも定番中の定番。落ち着くなって感じ。これは間違いないかな。
大瓶のビールでいい具合に気持ち良くなってのお会計。1,770円なり。
